TraxComm 2020 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

As 2020 is ending, we are pleased to announce the results of our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. Despite the difficulties impacted by COVID-19 this year, our survey has received encouraging feedback with considerable improvement across all service categories.

2020 Survey Highlights

Overall Customer Satisfaction achieves a high rating at 4.9, similar to 2019 and 2018. (1 – worst, 6 – best)

Scorings of our four key areas of expertise, namely Quality of Sales Personnel, Quality of Service Provisioning, Service Reliability, and After-sales Support, all remain high consistently, in addition to a moderate rise over last year’s result.

Marked improvement is shown in two particular categories: Fault Management Satisfaction in Network Operations Centre, and Response Time Satisfaction in TraxComm’s Engineering Team.
